What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For photography, we typically communicate with the customer via telephone or email to determine their needs and schedule photography. For video projects, we discuss objectives for very simple projects over the phone, or at the customer location for more complicated videos or videos that will feature the client location.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CenterView Photography and Video has been providing high quality corporate video and location photography to clients in Chicago and its suburbs since 2004. The owner, Dan O'Donnell, has a BA in Television Production and is also a Google Trusted Street View Photographer.
