Chef BluPhire & Co. LLC was founded in 1999 to heal the world through food. I truly believe that food is the only universally comprehended love language. You can literally create an open dialogue for an uncomfortable conversation with food. Think about when we were younger the family reunions were the times we enjoyed family laugh, cried, cursed and even sometimes fought but it was all in the midst of food. You Auntie Mary made the best pound cake, Uncle Eddie made the best bar b que ribs and you cant forget Aunt Sally's potato salad. Make up and break ups are all done in the midst of food, it truly soothes the soul on say many levels. When I prepare my food menus for customers I strategically plan out all my menus with the customer's energy and vision in mind. I want each encounter with my food to be an experience. I simply love food!
