What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They call or send an email. We let them know how to book and pay for service. We arrive 15 minutes before pickup to assure safe and timely travel
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 plus years experience in the Transportation and hospitality industries. I went from being a Chauffeur to owner of a luxury transportation company. I still drive as well because I enjoy meeting and servicing new clients
How did you get started in this business?
I started by rolling tires around my uncle bus yard and as I got older was able to learn the process of putting together a trip by sitting in meetings and watching what was taking place.
