I am an award-winning private chef that is internationally trained. I specialize in the excellence in execution! I also operate multiple food trucks as well. Lobsta Love and Culinary Swat. I own 4 restaurants a restaurant called The Early Bird Cafe in Kingston. And three in the USVI.
I have been busy hustling accolades to elevate his culinary team to another level.
List of recent accolades: beat Bobby Flay twice , won chopped 6 times, Became the World Bacon Champion, voted best private chef in Massachusetts, voted best chef in the South Shore, Voted best brunch in the burbs twice,
I have also elevated the food truck game by winning best food truck in New England, best food truck Cape cod and Newport, best taco, best sandwich in a battle between New York versus Boston food trucks.
I am also the host of two tv shows, Dangerous Eats and Food Truck Chronicles. I have collaborated with the cast from Cobra Kai in a Hallmark movie called A taste of Love!
I am also the chef of The Hannon Foundation as well as Feed the First Responders across South Shore and South Coast among many other organizations.
