What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start by having either a face-to-face meeting over coffee or a phone call in order for the client to get to know me and for me to get know them as well. If the client decides to choose me as their photographer then I send them the contract that they can sign online and they send me a 20% non-refundable retainer to sonfirm their date and time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am trained and educated in photoshop and lightroom, as well as Nikon camera equipment.
