I started cooking at the age of 12 and became more dedicated at 16, working in an ordinary kitchen in New York. With a passion for food and the joy of bringing friends and family together, Well Done Bien Fait was introduced to the world in 2015, thanks to the encouragement of my best friend’s brother and my sister.
The inspiration for Well Done Bien Fait comes from my mother, who discovered her love for cooking as a young girl growing up in Haiti. I inherited her passion and recipes, infused them with an American twist, and created my own unique dishes. I have the ability to craft a variety of cuisines, always adding my personal touch.
