Hello my name is Cashe Mcgirt I always had a passion for cooking since I was 12 is when I started to cook. I was learning in the kitchen from my Grandmother and my aunt who was a retire chief. I was taught variety of dishes as such as soul food,seafood, and Italy culture. From there I never stop cooking I then started working with different food companies. And was open to more dishes that I quickly adapted too. And soon after I became an intern at one of the good companies my city have which was Good harvest. There I cook more different dishes I baked more, and learn different knives techniques, study more about properly handling food items and learn different types of food temperatures and good hygiene which is most important when you are cooking. I am a dedicated hardworking individual that will love to work with anyone that decides to be in my presents.
