What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer will call and discuss the style. They sometimes send me picture or describe what they want. I provide them with prices,hair costs and time it takes to style their hair. I need a $25 deposit to book appt. I will then send address.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Virginia Farrell Beauty School. I have been doing hair and braiding for 15 years.
