I have been a MI Army Guard Culinary Specialist for 8 years.
I have taken sanitation and food safety classes through the army.
I have been baking and cooking with my own business for 3 years.
How did you get started in this business?
I started because of a rose strawberry.
One day, one of my mentors was showing everyone in the kitchen how to make a rose with a strawberry. Once she showed us that, I was so fascisnated that I started to find my niche with baking. Which is cheesecake, but my life style choices has led me to the art of cooking which I also enjoy.
