About
Welcome to Memories in Time Photography. We are a premier wedding and portrait studio based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Although we call Minnesota home, we photograph all around the world.
We have over 15 years experience.
I started in photography while I was still in high school. I was mentored by one of the best photographers in my home state of Michigan.
I adore weddings. Each one is like taking part in a fairy tale. Although I'm trained in studio posing and lighting, I find that my knowledge works in all areas that I photograph. I especially enjoy my new genre of Boudoir. There's something empowering in giving each man or woman self confidence.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Although most people will call, text or e-mail, ALL of our weddings have a consultation so we can make sure we will work together well for your special day. I am still a romantic at heart, so I want to hear about your day in detail. Because of my connections with others in the wedding business, I can help you find any vendors you might still need.
For portraits, I like to have facetime with you to talk about your up-coming session and help you plan your wardrobe and props, if you'll be using them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It sounds funny, but I have a Master's in Psychology. I get amazed as how much that has paid off on the wedding day and during portrait sessions.
I do have Fine Art credits, along with yearly continuing education with both classroom and hands on experience.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Weddings start at $1995, portrait sessions start at $125.
How did you get started in this business?
I have worked in several different studios throughout the year. Finally, after realizing that most businesses don't provide the customer service and care that I believe people need, I went out on my own.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with pretty much everyone, from all walks of life.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently photographed two high school sweethearts in their 70's. They lost touch after high school, went their seperate ways, only to rediscover each other years later...
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Feel comfortable with the person you're spending time with.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
For weddings: How many hours do you need? Is there more than one location? Will you be doing a "First Look"? What is included in the wedding collection? How do you accept payment? Is there a payment plan?
For portraits: Where will the session take place? How do I see my gallery? How much for additional edits? How long is my session? How many outfits should I bring? Do you have suggestions for making my session amazing?
