We have had the pleasure of working with Colin for over a year now and he has been a tremendous help. He consistently cooks delicious meals and is able to adjust recipes to our familys tastes. We have challenged him in a bunch of ways- different types of cuisine (Indian, Asian, etc), new cooking techniques (wok), and a vegetarian diet- and he always delivers!
Colin is also very professional and reliable. He takes pride in his work and his passion for food really shows in everything he does. He has taught us so much over time and he genuinely seeks feedback on every meal so that he can keep improving. He is also wonderfully respectful of our home, leaving the kitchen as clean as- or cleaner than- he found it.
Beyond the kitchen, Colin is also just a fun and interesting person to be around. His depth of experience in the restaurant world and traveling the world makes for great conversation, and he brings a positive energy to every visit.
