My name is H. Chris Joyner. I'm the proud owner of CJ'S BBQ & MORE Food Trailer and Private Catering. I specialize in 100% hand-prepped, homemade, slow-smoked, southern cuisine. I have over 20+ years of experience in cooking. I also compete in BBQ competitions in NC & SC. I was also selected as an alternate on season 2 of the hit Netflix show, "AMERICAN BARBECUE SHOWDOWN"! I have been blessed to cater for many organizations, and am currently a preferred food vendor of choice for the Carolina Panthers, Fifth Third Bank, and RTR.
