What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When dealing with a new customer I introduce myself and find out information date, location and what kind of event is needed for catering services. I also talk to client on what kinds of food they like and we build a customized menu to the liking of client. Lastly we agree on pricing and contract. Simple
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The training of cooking that i have is learned from my Grandma, Aunts, Uncles, My mom and different friends. I have worked in many food establishments, college & catering companies.
