What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we would do a telephone interview, I can write down details, next, I put a master menu into play with samples of the food to taste and finally we meet and go over pricing and date of event there will be a 50% deposit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Fayetteville Technical Community majoring in Culinary Arts. I have also been employed with food industry for over 20 years, I have food safety certification. I am Louisiana native who currently resdies in Fayetteville, NC
