    First we would do a telephone interview, I can write down details, next, I put a master menu into play with samples of the food to taste and finally we meet and go over pricing and date of event there will be a 50% deposit.

    I attended Fayetteville Technical Community majoring in Culinary Arts. I have also been employed with food  industry for over 20 years, I have food safety certification. I am Louisiana native who currently resdies in Fayetteville, NC

    My pricing for events is per guest.

    I attended culinary school, from there I was employed with the Officers Club on Fort Bragg, NC 

    Military and retired military. Ages 18 to 80. Church events and corporate
