I’ve worked at a variety of casual restaurants over the past 5 years. (3 small business, 3 corporate style) I’ve enjoyed my time at each and have loved learning different cuisine, styles, terms & techniques. The biggest things I’ve taken away from my experience is food is a love language that takes time and care when creating.
