What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a quick chat about what exactly your needs are. I determine if I would be the correct fit. If so, I quote my prices. If my prices are in your budget we can move forward. I usually collect a deposit to hold the time slot. After the session your photos/video are delivered either digitaly or on a thumb drive depending on what level of service you had.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with an associates degree in Visual Communications from ITT Technical Institute. I've been practicing photography for about 7+ years now. I've been doing videography for over 4 years.
I also work for a major wedding company locally and was trainied additionally through them.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes, I have standard pricing. I don't post the complete list of everything I do, becasue It might be to overwhelming for the client.
I like to just quote on a case byt case basis as everyone has different needs and differrent situations.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started with my passion for art and graphics in college. I picked up a camera around that time and fell in love with the ability to create and express myself through it and was hooked ever since.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Due to the nature of photography/videography you can work with anywhere from babies to the elderly and Corporate to small businesses.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am happiest working with people. Anytime I can capture someone in a way that they arent used to seeing I feel fulfilled. It could be as simple as me capturing a genuine smile they never show.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
