What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Somer clients prefer the phone and others email. I am happy to do business both ways. When a client makes contact, I have a series of questions for them in order to give them an accurate quote for what they are looking for. I then issue the quote and if the client approves, I invoice for 50% of the catering cost to book the date. The additional 50% balance is paid the day before the event.
