Mrs Carters Kitchen specialize in soul food I been cooking since I was 14 years old cooking is something I enjoy doing family dinners making all kinds of soul foods cheesy baked, macaroni crispy fried chicken, southern taste, green beans, collard greens Spanish rice and beans the food speaks for itself potato salad yams etc.. I have over 30 years experience I cooked at the American Legion for 6yrs I'm now cooking in my own kitchen I'm known for my delicious bake Mac and fried chicken everyone raves about you won't be disappointed
