What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
my typical process consist of an introduction of myself and my business, which followed by a series of questions to understand the customers needs and ideas. once i have a clear understanding of the experience the customer is trying to create, I negotiate a reasonable price with the client. A deposit is then collected and i go to work to create an extravagant experience that is tailored significantly to each individual client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed my degree in culinary arts at the international french culinary institute, as well as 7 years experience in the culinary feild.
