What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Explain My personal Protocol to a new customer, give them my laundry list of how their experience to or from the airport will proceed. What they will need tp carry with ? Ex;Security / Customs. Airpor terminals / Gates / Baggage claims . flight times/ Changes . airport security requirements, luggage handling & Check in points.Meeting your driver, on your inbound trip to the airport. my Knowledge of the airports, surrounding areas, and alternate routes to take. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am the Owner/manager of Alan's Limousine Service. there are occassions when i participate in the transporattion of passengers, to airports, Specialized Hospitals In NYC,Tours of NYC.Historical sites , and Museums, Concerts,broadway shows, and different designated areas of NYC. I am not limited to travelling to Boston,Ma.Pitts,Pa. Wilmington Del.Or Washington D.C..I drive area wide to Baseball,and sporting events, and concerts. I have driven to Philadelphoiia, Atalntic city,and the University of Connecticut,all in one days trip.Alan.
