What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Customer reaches out with their phone number.
2. I schedule a free 10 minute phone consultation and provide an accurate estimate for their event.
3. Customer makes a 50% deposit.
4. I create a custom contract and invoice to reflect deposit paid.
5. Customer signs and returns contact. Then and only then is their date secured and do I begin staffing planning.
6. Schedule a 15-30 minute consultation to finalize menu.
7. Show up day of and execute a flawless event exceeding all expectations
8. Happy regular long term clients usually always give me a 5 star review, referrals and our amazing relationship begins!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of quality industry experience as a professional chef. I'm a certified executive chef with the American culinary federation. I have worked in many Michelin star restaurants, luxury hotels, high end catering companies and private clubs as well as a personal chef to many high end clients.

Yes. 2 person date night $750.00 4 passed hor douerves and 3 course plated meal.
$65.00 per person cocktail parties- 6 passed hor douerves. Not including tax labor and gratuity.
$95.00 per person 3 course plated meal. Not including tax, labor and gratuity.
$125.00 per person for 4 passed hor douerves and 3 course plated meal. Not including tax, labor and gratuity

How did you get started in this business?
Started at age 18 and just worked my way up. I've been cooking over 23 years. This is all I've ever done!
What types of customers have you worked with?
All kinds. Families, corporate, anyone who needs an event catered.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I did a 10 course plated meal with wine pairing for each course! It was incredible and the guests were very happy!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for someone with at least 15 years of quality industry experience. A real professional chef. It takes at least 10 years of hard work and dedication In many challenging environments to begin to master this craft. Or just hire me! Look no further! I never disappoint.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
When is your event? How many guests? What time do you want to start? What do you want? Cocktail party with signature cocktails, bartenders, servers and passed hor douerves or a sit down formal dinner. Multiple courses with wine pairing. These are the types of events I offer. Only high end only full service (staffed).
