As a preamble heads up, the pricing model native to Fash doesn't make much sense in the food business. I'd be much happier to discuss a meal and service level that make sense for your needs and figure out a workable cost, rather than relying on the inputs this site requires. As such, all the costs provided here are just baseline estimates.
My name is Tomah, I am a private chef and caterer for events. I attended a CUNY Upstate where I started as a hobbyist cook for my roommates in college, and during the summer my friends and I will cook and sale at community event as a means of fundraising for our non for profit youth mentoring program. Eventually in my mid 20’s my cousin and I started cooking on weekends from inside our apartment building.
I travel between New York and Costa Rica and I cook for locals and tourists.
