Diplomatic background has permitted me to live in many countries, to travel extensively, picking up recipes, techniques and methodologies from around the World.
Cooking has always been a source of great satisfaction and continues to be a passion since I made my first Empanada in Chile at the age of 5. I strive for excellence and to present my Clients with a unique experience in Hospitality.
