What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are introduced to the company and core values and then offered a chance to schedule a tasting to sample the food desired for your unique event. Once food is selected customers are sent an invoice detailing the event, selected menu items, and event start and end time for confirmation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Prior to launching my own business my degree is in communication so i am great at working with others and picking up on their needs. I did also spend time at the culinary institute that deepend my knowledge and skill set.

How did you get started in this business?
after the tragic loss of my twins i needed a happy place and fell in lov with food and helping others heal through food.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently catered a beautiful 13person dinner at a hotel suite that consisted of 10oz ribeyes, scallop stuffed salmon, grilled asparagus, garlic bread, cesar salad, and well drinks. We had such and great time ensuring our guest enjoyed their out of town visit.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always request a tasting or conference call prior to your event just to make sure everything is up to your standard and both parties are clear on the details of the event and have clear expectations.
