Hello to all! My name is Wayne Loveless and I have been working as a private chef for 10 years exclusively for two families, and before these years I worked throughout the hospitality industry from Joel Robuchon fine dining to opening a fun midtown NYC restaurant, mostly in NYC and Las Vegas I am efficient with all cuisines. My experience makes the events I design and plan filled with classic elegance or relaxed , fun and innovative!
Working with the patron to get exactly what they are aiming at for their event is always the fun and the goal. Every new client is the center of the universe and all my attention and focus is on them, their guests and the moments they have to be great ones.
