I like to talk to them and get to know them a bit, and its important for me to find out what they want from their session. A particular style or feeling, location, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied photography, cinematography and lighting at the college of southern nevada. But the best teacher is just to shoot.
