About
Hi there! My name is Rikki Bay and I have been in the food and restaurant scene since early 2015. I was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona into an Italian household, while being easily influenced by Mexican and native desert culture/ingredients. I started my culinary journey In Auckland,New Zealand. Opening my eyes to worlds of new flavor-like curried mussels and a spicy Thai beef salad. At the time I had not yet experienced such flavors. Just like that I instantly fell in love with this new relationship with food. I am the oldest of six and have a 5 year old Dalmatian, a little bit of chaos has never steered me shy! I love curating a special meal with every ounce of love and attention to detail. I love meeting new people and really do love a challenge! Recently I have taken a step back from Restaurant Management to pursue my culinary goals. I have worked in almost every aspect of the operations of a restaurant (host, bartender, server, line cook, prep cook, Management, as well as any other culinary endeavors!)
