Hi, I’m Bianca De La Cruz, a classically trained chef with a deep passion for creating dishes that highlight the beauty of seasonal, farm-fresh produce. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working at Michelin-starred restaurants and a James Beard award-winning bakery, which has shaped my approach to both savory and pastry work. I take great pride in incorporating locally sourced ingredients into every dish, ensuring that every bite reflects the best of what’s in season.

One of my signature offerings is house-made bread – whether it’s soft, buttery dinner rolls or a flavorful focaccia, I believe great bread is essential to any meal.     A tremendous THANK YOU and job SO VERY WELL DONE executing our Anniversary Day celebration yesterday afternoon. You and your staff were highly organized and effectively delivered on a very tight (and shrinking) timeline, all the while maintaining your cool and focus. Everything was precisely delivered to plan: the floor plan and flow, linens, flowers, set up and pour of hundreds of champagne glasses, and the multitude of desserts.
