I’ve been in the food biz since I was 14 years old, and I’ve traveled the world with food being the heart of my adventures. I’ve eaten my way from Thailand, Singapore, Japan, and China to Greece, Italy, Spain, Germany, all over the U.S. and Mexico. I’ve met so many amazing chefs and partied with so many people along the way that share the same passion for food as me.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak to the client on the phone, to get a true sense of what they’re looking for. Create a proposal, and have a bit of back and forth to truly create a perfect event
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
24 years in the culinary world. A culinary degree at the top of my class at the western culinary institute
