Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer would need to tell us the following: Their name, contact information, date & time of service, expected # of passengers, & service location. With that information, DH2 can check fleet availability and offer a quote to discover if it meets the customer's budget. To book a reservation, we do take payment at the time of booking and a customer can use a cc, ACH, Zelle, or write a check. Using a cc carries a small processing fee, but there are no fees for the other payment processing services. Before your service begins, you will receive your chauffeur's name & mobile number and our dispatch is ready and available throughout your service. Chauffeur gratuity is at the discretion of the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a DOT Certified company, are regularly monitored by the DOT and our insurance partner, and have implemented a highly professional Chauffeur Training Program in which our Chauffeurs are consistently learning new and updated information on delivering the most safe and professional service.
