What’s up everybody! My name is Melvin Cross Jr. I am an ordained Christian minister and I enjoy officiating weddings. I bring a knowledge and joy to every wedding that enhances everyone’s experience. I am flexible and willing to ensure that the vision of the bride and groom comes to past and that their wedding day is one to remember.

I have been a pastor for over 30 years--and have served this church since 2007. Greece Baptist is a Progressive Christian church, open to interdenominational and interfaith co-operation. I am happy to work with couples to design a wedding service that suits their needs and desires--whether that service be a religious one, or a non-religious one.

I am a licensed minister/wedding officiant, specializing in non-denominational weddings, civil unions, vow renewals, and more, here in New York State. The ceremonies I perform are legal and non-denominational in content and can be personalized for your preferences. Ceremonies can be overwhelming, and I will focus on making it an exceptional experience for the couple. I've been in business as a duly ordained minister of American Marriage Ministries since March 2021. I'm friendly and will do the best of my ability to help you above and beyond for your wedding ceremony.

I’ve been helping couples with their happy days since 2018! I’m an officiant through the ULCM and work on customized wedding scripts that fit couples’ goals, interests, beliefs, and traditions. I’ve done indoor and outdoor weddings, combinations thereof, had both large and small, and with and without power. I’ve got a big and loud voice and like to work one-on-one to help make sure everything said is just what they imagine.

How do you want to remember your wedding ceremony? I believe most people would answer with love, family, humor, intimacy, and grace. It's been my privilege to help couples "tie the knot" by working with them to craft a ceremony as unique as they are.
