I work with couples getting married, fundraisers, corporations on parties and training events and clients who are just planning smaller events like graduations or birthdays.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I did an event at 700 Beta - Hilton, my bride looked absolutely amazing in her one of a kind dress. We had a beautiful sweetheard table with silver sequined overlays, smaller lace sequined overlays on tables with a variety of centerpieces that provided a beautiful landscape to the room. Blue and purple uplighting highlighed the event and the amazing ice sculpture was lit as well.
What advice would you give a customers looking to hire a vendor in your area of expertise?
Interview and talk with your planner, make sure the planner you speak with gets a good feel for the type of event you want.
What questions should customers think through before talking to vendors about their needs?
Backup plans for the vendor in case of emergency -- what types of education did they go through -- how many events do they do per year and do they do multiple on your date.
