Since 1996 I have been cooking professionally, but my passion for the art started as a child. I remember helping my grandmother make soup at such a young age, I had to stand on a bench to see in the pot. As soon as I was old enough to work, I started cooking professionally. From humble beginnings in fast food, an externship on a private resort island, to some of Cleveland’s finest restaurants, and then teaching the trade. I have been trained professionally at culinary school in the Le Cordon Blu classic style and methods.
