Our food truck and catering menu focuses on healthy fare, ranging from vegan to meat lovers selections. All of our smoothies and smoothie bowls are made from frozen fruit blended with fruit juices, nut milk or coconut water. There are no added sugars. Our grillwiches are made with fresh ingredients and to order. In the cooler months, we also offer hot drinks, soup and chili.
We love being able to offer healthy food that tastes delicious and satisfies most every dietary need!

My background is in holistic health. I support my clients with healthy cooking classes and customized coaching sessions. My food truck is an extension of this service as we are focused on bringing delicious, healthier options to public, corporate and private venues all over the Lehigh Valley.
