The Fox Barn @ Twenty9 is a newly renovated Venue and Pub in the Malvern PA Area. We are a 6000 SF refurbished barn with a large 2000 sf open Deck. We can accommodate 25 - 250 guests for Weddings, Rehearsal Dinners, Bridal Showers, Family Celebrations, Corporate Events and much more. We also own and operate 3 other Restaurants, Stephens on State in Media PA, Lariele Wood Fired Square Pie Media PA, Avola Kitchen and Bar Malvern PA and a Wood Fired Specialty Pizza Food Truck, The Pizza Cruiser!
I am passionate about providing the greatest experience to all of my clients! When I have the opportunity to work with them I consider them my family and treat them as such! Each event no matter how small or big gets my undivided attention, exquisite service and a beautiful experience.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start the process of working with a new customer with a phone call to understand what they are looking for. Next step is to show them the venue and discuss all of the options we have to offer. Followed up with a proposal and scheduling the date! Next, they sit back and we do all of the work to make it happen! :)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in Finance and have worked in the restaurant industry for over 11 years. We have several other restaurants and a wood fired food truck that we run.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We have a catering menu with set prices and minimu spends for in house events and our off site event pricing depends on the needs of the clients such as staffing, rentals, etc..Those all get factored in if needed.

Family!
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with every type of customer from family members planning rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, engagement parties, weddings, graduatiions, custom chef dinners, birthdays to very corporate events such as retirements, fundraisers, holiday parties, corporate lunches and dinners, specialty events such as BBQ and our pizza food truck.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The Wedding of Melissa and Jim. 350 Guests who utilized our entire 6000 sf two story barn / deck for the wedding reception.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would let them know that we are experts in all facets of this business and that we treat all of our clients like family. Our staff is professional, knowledgable, and friendly. Our cuisine is made with the finest freshest ingredients and we work one on one with our clients to make sure that thier vision is brought to life.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
They shoud make sure that the venue can accommodate all of their needs. That they have a knowledgable and friendly staff. That the food is desireable. That their are no hidden fees. That a proposal is given and that the venue is willing to work with the client in all facets of their event. That the venue will be available to answer all questions in a timely manner.
