Everyone is blessed with gifts and talent one of my most prominant and the one that give me the most happiness is being able to feed people not just nourish the body but feed the soul. The kitchen is my zen, my happy place. So when I make you a meal I'm feeding you like you are my family.
More than ANYTHING I enjoy the look on a persons face when they take that first bite, it makes my heart swell and I haven't seen a dissatisfied face yet. I love being creative, using my hands to make something out of nothing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with my client(s) face to face or via online and discuss first what the event is for birthday, anniversary, specific holiday...logistics and event space. Then menu ideas, number of guests, special request and or any restrictions (food allergies, vegans, pescatarian, non pork eaters)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Degree in culinary art from the art institute of phildelphia.
I have worked as a sous chef in pizza places iny youth.
I worked along side my grandmother and mother in kitchens since I was 20yrs old.
I have a bachelors degree in bussiness accounting and have been a food service owner for 8yrs
