I have 15+ years in the culinary world! I have worked in almost all facets of professional kitchens. From working as a AM Sous to an Executive Chef, now to owning my own private chef/catering company. My passion in cooking began when I was a kid begging to help my grandma with sunday dinners. The kitchen has always been my safe space where I can create food from a space of intentionality, while showing people everyone has the ability to be a chef if taught.
