What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out the type of food to prepare, and the number of people to be served for their event, and deciding if they want a self serve catering event (drop off) or servers, and location.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For now I have over 20 years experience in cooking, and working on my certification for expansion.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
The price depends on the food choice and event... If the clients decided on something simple such as: Chicken, fish, meatballs, simple salad, vegetables, and starch, that can run from $15. to $40. Per person. Beef, pork, seafood, vegetables, starch, salad, drinks, can run from $20. To $70. Per person depending on the selection of the food.
How did you get started in this business?
I started so young cooking for my 2 Son's. Then I started hosting dinner parties for friends, and family, then it started as a hustle to help pay bills and take care of my young children, to getting referrals to do cooking events, and it turned into a full business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I cooked for a local biker club, Postoffice, fish fry events, thanksgiving parties, dinner parties, church events, council dinner ceremony, and more...

I'm fond of All the events that I'm apart of catering for, from past to recent. I just Enjoy the looks of satisfaction on my clients faces 😊
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
My advice would be, to be specific about your needs, from the planning, the meats, veggies, desserts, drinks, etc.. and Always communicate with the person you're looking to hire.
