What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Executive Chef, Juan Lopez trained under Jose Garces of the Garces Group.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all types of customers. We've helped with office caterings, weddings, baby showers, birthdays, and more.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We recently hosted a rehearsal dinner for about 35 people, which was a lot of fun. We especially love to be involved with weddings, rehearsal dinners, and bridal showers because so much joy surrounds them.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
If there is something you want that hasn't been offered, don't be afraid to ask. Your caterer should make sure that you are completely satisfied.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
For offsite catering, try to think of things you will need other than food, such as tables, chairs, table cloths, napkins, utensils, dinnerware, etc.
