We host events that can be totally magical and professional for business affairs and can be as hospitable and personal as needed for family, friends, and church affairs as well. We make food that soothes the soul, whether Southern Traditional, American, Italian, Spanish, or any cultural experience.
I enjoy providing an experience that's not only enjoyable to the palate of the mouth but that's fitting for any occasion. Cooking is comfort to me and I love to see others partaking of that comfort as well.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to listen to the needs, wants, and budget of the customer. It is easy to quote a price lists but it's a better experience for the customer to feel the services provided are exactly how and what they need.

No, as stated above I try to customize each quote based upon the exact requests of each customer.
How did you get started in this business?
I first started on the catering field working under my Aunt in her business 20 years ago as a teenager in high school. I've worked in the culinary department at several churches as well.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with corporate clients, weddings, repass events, birthday parties, retirement events, holiday events, etc.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I had the privilege of catering a wedding in my hometown back in Bainbridge, Georgia. The event was beautiful. The bride and groom requests a menu full of Southern Traditional Foods. It reminded me of humble beginnings and fond memories.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you get the experience you desire so that you feel best about the occasion you're paying for. You don't want a generic experience but something special and unique to you!
