Describe a recent event you are fond of.
i just recently catered a nigerian wedding in los angeles. The bride was interested in my adult treats and she booked me for her late night carnival themed snacks.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
always ask for pictures and a tasting.
