    TYM3LESS (Quentin) was hired to prepare a Birthday dinner for my daughter. The food was outstanding with particular attention to detail. All of us felt the meal exceeded the expectations we would have had were we having a ribeye and side dishes at Ruth Chris, Mortons, or Capital Grille. From the shrimp stuffed with crabmeat to the last bite of an ultra-tender ribeye this was a meal to remember. We were so pleased we invited TYMLESS back to do several weekday dinners to give my daughter a rest from meal prep.
    I was also very impressed by Quentins response time. I requested 5 chefs to respond and he was the only response on the same day.
    We have now completed 3 dinners prepared by TYM3LESS. They include the delicious ribeye dinner, a weekday feast of chicken parmigiana, and last a very enjoyable and delectable meal centered around lamb chops.
    Obviously, we will use TYM3LESS again and again.
