The business has been around for 37 years, I have been the owner for the last 12. I have over 30 years of food service and my employees have over 50. We are well versed in handling any meal under any conditions. We work with our customers to give them what they want for a fair price, looking at our name we are a barbecue based business but can do anything. Our products are homemade with time proven recepies.

We will go over the meal options, date and availability, time of outing (meal time, arrival time) electric/ water availability on site. Pricing, mail out a contract, go over contingency plans.

Yes. For our most common entrees. Most meals come with three sides unless otherwise specified. There are items that are market price such as seafood.
