The New Freedom Rail Trail Cafe was selected as one of the top 11 restaurants in York County in 2018, and in 2019, we were named the top vegetarian restaurant in York County by Susquehanna Style Magazine. We are very detail oriented, and customer service driven.
I love working to ensure that every guest and catering client has a perfect experience. The creativity that catering allows is a true pleasure!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to talk face to face with new customers, so that I can get a better feel of what they are looking for. I will collaborate with them on a menu that best suits their wants and needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Balitmore International College, earning an Associate Degree in Cooking and Baking, as well as a Bachelors in Restaurant Management. I operate the New Freedom Rail Trail Cafe, and we are excited to expand into offering our services for catering.

We hosted a local restaurant's Christmas Party, and it was such a fantstic event! Everyone loved the food and atmosphere so much, and it was a joy working with the client!
