I grew up in Jamaica where I watched my mom cook every day. Watching her work in the kitchen — the smell of jerk seasoning hitting the pan, the way she knew exactly when the rice was done — it grew on me. Slowly, then all at once.
Cooking has become how I show love to the people around me. With Kourtney's Authentic Caribbean Catering Co., I'm bringing that same love to my new customers in Knoxville, Tennessee.
I focus mostly on catering, but I also welcome take-out orders — and honestly, I recommend trying a take-out order first so you know you'll love it before booking a full catering event.
