FRESH GULF SHRIMP Food Truck was founded June 8, 2012 by Jacqueline Johnson. Jacqueline sold Fresh Shrimp on the side of the road at Germantown and Winchester for a year prior to building her first food trailer. The name FRESH GULF SHRIMP was originally used to depict what was being sold, however would later transcend to the way Fresh Shrimp was recognized in Memphis TN. The first official event FRESH GULF SHRIMP FOOD Truck participated in was the 2013 Beale Street Music Festival, thus the #POBoy901 was Born. The PoBoy901 was developed by the Memphis Culture for the Memphis Culture. The feedback from the patrons and discovery of preferences by the patrons eventually founded the #PoBoy901. Our specialty is "SHRIMP" we cater with customized menus including Sno crab, shrimp & PoBoy's

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process for working with a new customer is once a customer contacts us we assign a customer service representative to get the vision and concept desired by the client. Upon the clarity needed, a proposal is prepared for the customer's approval. Upon acceptance, payment and final details are set.

Restaurant Owner, Master's Degree in Curriculum & Instruction & Supervision. 8 Years in the Restaurant Industry
