What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical interaction starts with a phone call from there depending on the type of event and time frame…we will either design a menu and deliver or Email out client a questionnaire better understand their event and their personal preferences. At this point we will schedule a face to face meeting or FaceTime meeting where we will hammer out budget, design, menu and got to contract. we will next set up set up a tasting and fine tune the menu and event plan.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Boasting 20 years fo practical experience Ziparo’s has the field knowledge to execute any event under any circumstance. This coupled with Joe Ziparo’s knowledge of the industry, French Master Chef (Maître Cuisinier de France) certification at Paris’ elite Ritz-Escoffier and his meticulous detail oriented approach makes Ziparo’s the only choice in the Mid-South and beyond.

As we are a custom caterer each event is designed to the specifications of the the customer so prices very. We are very up front adn have transparent pricing as we work to tailor your evetn to your wants needs and budget.
