Rev. Dr. Ryan Starr has been performing weddings for 17 years in the Memphis area. He’s licensed in Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas. Ryan also serves as the primary officiant for Graceland and the senior minister at Kingsway Christian Church. Ryan went to seminary at Duke Divinity School and later received his doctorate at Emory University.

I specialize in non denominational services, as well as Wiccan and Celtic or themed ceremonies but have background in Baptist(Christian) services since I am a second generation minister. I am a certified public notary. I am willing to travel but anything over 30 miles will require a nominal fee for overmileage. I am also available on short notice. Same sex marriages welcome.
