What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a either a phone or computer teleconference to outline the customers special needs. This is necessary as every event and session shoot needs to be built upon the customers expectations. Once that is done dates and times of sessions will be set into an event contract and sent for the clients review. Contracts are not used for local portrait sessions.
