My process for working with new customers is I ask them what they are looking for, ( how many meats and vegetables per plate they prefer, how many people will attend the event, date and time) Then I will give a quote for the event.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I worked at different restaurants as I was younger and decided to cater as a hobby for friends and family . now it a bussiness
